Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible:
- The item must be in its original condition
- You must have your order confirmation or receipt
To start a return, contact us at support@freshlockhome.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide return instructions within 24 hours.
Refunds
Once we receive your return, we'll inspect it and notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
Exchanges
Need a different bundle? Contact us and we'll arrange an exchange at no extra shipping cost (US orders only).
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately with photos. We'll send a free replacement — no need to return the damaged item.
